Weekly FlossTube Update

It’s funny how the week never goes as planned. While I did manage some good progress on some of my projects, the blog took up a lot of my free time over the past few days.

Having the blog get wiped the way it did changed my plans on Monday and Tuesday. Trying to figure out where the content went and how to restore it was something I eventually gave up on, but it took more than a few hours to get to that decision.

The great news is that now the blog is on a faster server and I’m changing up the look of the blog to make things easier to find. I’m working on adding some of those features back to the blog today. I will still add a forum back into the site, but I want to do it better this time from the ground up.

In stitching news, the focus of this week’s stitching is going to be Dachsund! So many folks love this little project from Gecko Rouge UK, and I’m loving working on it.

We had a blizzard here in the Denver area over the past 24 hours. While we only got perhaps 8″ of snow, the wind was roaring up to 70 mph yesterday. Thankfully my husband and I both got home before conditions got too severe. I’m also home today on my day off, and my husband just went into work a few minutes ago on a late start.
